Meet the KTC Navigators! These special ladies are fellow military spouses and regular guest bloggers on our KTC team that are here to share their own advice and experiences with our community of CoPilots. We feel so fortunate to have them on this journey with us to bring more experience and perspective in order to make this blog as helpful as it can be! After all, we could all us a little navigation through this military life, right?
Anne Doll – Columbus AFB
I’m Anne! I have been an AF Wife since August 2016, and it’s the best adventure I’ve ever embarked on. In addition to building a life with my pilot best friend, I am a full time technology consultant, a runner and triathlete, and (newest addition) a soon-to-be momma! I believe in living a life of abundance where we help one another find opportunities and positivity. To finish off from an excerpt of my favorite poem – Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate; our greatest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…. Though, as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.
Alex Malone – Duluth Air National Guard Base
Hello! My name is Alexandra! I have been married to my college sweetheart, an Air Force pilot, since July 2013. We have been on this crazy, exciting Air Force adventure since August of 2014. I am an elementary school teacher, although currently teaching English
online so I can stay at home with our two darling little girls, Ella & Olivia. Currently we are stationed in Duluth, Minnesota. I am
thrilled to be a Navigator and share a little piece of our journey with you! 🙂
Emily Hagemeier – Shaw AFB
Hey y’all! I’m Emily. I have been married to my pilot for three years now. He has been flying the Viper (F-16) for about 4 years and loves every minute of it. We have been to two duty stations so far and should (hopefully) be finding out our next one soon! As someone who has no family history of anyone being in the military, this life has already been quite the adventure and A LOT of trial and error. I am hoping I can share what knowledge I have learned with you all! One important piece of advice I will share now though is to live in the moment and love your pilot like he deploys tomorrow.
